The Bandra Worli Sea link, with Worli skyline

Worli is a locality in the city of South Mumbai, Maharashtra. It is one of the top ten most sought after and plush neighbourhoods in Mumbai city. It is home to several actors, cricketers and billionaires. Billionaire Mukesh Ambanis daughter, Isha Ambani and husband Anand Piramal reside here in their $70 million sea facing bungalow. Worli consists of various luxury residential projects which add up to the magnificent skyline of Mumbai city. The sea face connects it with Bandra(closest suburb) via the Bandra-Worli sealink. Historic spellings include Warli, Worlee, Varli.[1] Originally Worli was a separate island, one of the Seven Islands of Bombay which were ceded by the Portuguese to England in 1661; it was linked up with the other islands in the 19th Century.
